FEES
Please register through the ConfTool system.
The registration fees are payable in advance.
The registration fee includes admission to plenary and scientific sessions, proceedings, the welcome reception, gala dinner, lunches, and coffee breaks. Hotel and travel costs are not included in the registration fee.
In order for a paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings, at least one author is required to register and pay the registration fee.
An extra fee of 150 € is due per extra paper/presentation.
To participate in the tours an additional fee is required, which covers transport costs and a tour.
Students: To register as a student, one must be a bachelor, master or a PhD student. An official proof of student status is required. The organizers reserve the right to verify the student status.
Letter of Invitation (for Visa Application): Only participants fully registered in the conference can obtain a personal invitation letter and only once the full payment of the registration fee is received.
All the prices in the table below are without VAT (22%).

Payment in euros without any charges to the beneficiary should be made by bank transfer.
Fees are payable without any deductions.

CANCELLATION
For all cancellations received by 12 August 2022, a cancellation fee of EUR 15.00 will be charged. For all cancellations received between 13 August and 31 August 2022 a cancellation fee of 50% of the conference fee will be charged. For all cancellations received between 1 September 2022 and 12 September 2022 a cancellation fee of 80% of the conference fee will be charged. After 12 September 2022, no refunds will be made for any cancellations, and accordingly the demand for full payment of the registration fees remains. Any changes of the registration and all cancellations must be communicated to the organising team Laboratory of Energy Policy, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, in writing only.
