Alessia D’Addabbo
Ms. Alessia D’Addabbo has several years of experience in the energy industry, working in both private sector and within European associations. Currently working in Equinor as Senior Analyst with focus on Policy and Regulation for low carbon solutions and gas markets.
She started her career as Business Strategy Analyst in Accenture, supporting energy companies with defining business solutions and corporate strategy. After, she worked in Edison in Milan as Market & Policy Analyst focused on gas and LNG markets, at the European Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) in Ljubljana, monitoring the implementation of energy infrastructures development in EU and as Market Advisor in the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Gas (ENTSOG) in Brussels, supporting gas transmission system operators with the implementation of EU Network Codes and developing policy solutions for future market design. While in ENTSOG, she has been a lecturer at the Florence School of Regulation, providing her expertise on gas balancing market and operation.
Alessia holds a Master’s degree in construction engineering from Polytechnic University of Bari and a post-graduate Master in Energy Resources Management from S.A.F.E. institute (Rome).
She is also a member of Women in Green Hydrogen (WiGH) and Global Women’s Network for the Energy Transition (GWNET).
